Super fast app, easy to use, good interest rates

Unlike another competitor, their app runs super smooth. Banking practices look to be totally secure. They have been quickly raising interest rates in response to base rate increases which saves having to move money about to get market leading rates. Having a choice to easy-to-use savings pots is a bonus. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

I would classify Zopa as so so as they do not react well to any form of criticism. Their customer service certainly needs improving as currently they are very adversarial towards the customer. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Zopa has been a great saving app for me. Easy to move money in and out and into extra saving pots. Impressed with the speed they increased interest rates recently with the changes in bank rate. Highly recommend as a simple saving app with good interest rates! Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
