Time to Save

I have opened a Smart Saver with Zopa. The account is helpfully linked to my Zopa Credit Card account and easily accessible on the App. I have transferred money in and out of my Zopa savings instantly and with ease. Although I hope I’m transferring money in more often than out! Especially with the standing order with my bank. A great way to start saving Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Brilliant!

Very easy App to set up and use. Never an issue accessing any money I wish to withdraw and it’s an immediate transfer. Interest rates increase either before a rate rise or immediately after a rate increase by BoE has been announced. Always notify of interest rate increases in a timely manner. Never had cause to make contact in to operate my account. The Pots if chosen have tiered interest rates dependent upon how much notice needs to be given to access the account, and a date is set for when this will be available, therefore the customer does not need to work this out. I have nothing but praise for Zopa and highly recommend to anyone seeking a financial institution which offers precisely what it says, and in a timely and professional manner. Easy to set up, easy to use

I am a fan of the ease of setting up the account, how easy it was to use the app, and the competitive interest rates. I quite like the different types of notice savings accounts as well and how you can have different accounts for different goals. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

I am happy to be a customer

The Zopa Smart Saver account is brilliant. During a time of high and persistent inflation it is more important than ever to be with a provider with great interest rates and interest rates that quickly adapt to the changing state of the economy, that is what you get with Zopa. There must have been at least 3 rate interest rate increases in the last 6 months alone and Zopa is rarely out of the top easy access savings accounts on Money Saving Expert. But although people tend to focus on interest rates when looking at savings accounts, they are not the only thing that make Zopa so amazing. Zopa allows you to create saving pots, so you can split your savings and track how much you have towards your various saving goals. Additionally Zopa lets you give your savings a boost, so that by fixing your savings for as little as 7 days you can access better interest rates still. And all of this is made super easy to manage on the Zopa which has a really user friendly interface and enables access to all of the features you need as well as there terms and conditions (which I have read). I would recommend Zopa to everyone, especially passive savers who don’t continually actively seek the best interest rates as Zopa is normally one of the best. If Zopa keeps doing what it is doing I will be a customer of their Smart Saver account for a long time. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
