Rip off merchants!!

Extortionate interest rates that were not fully disclosed. I missed a payment when I changed jobs as due to my start date I had to wait six weeks to be paid and the harassment I received from this company was disgusting, literally at least eight phone calls a day, as well as a text message and an email! On a daily basis until I had been paid and could make the payment! Diabolical. I got fed up in the end and settled the loan early and had to pay a ridiculous sum when there was still a year of payments left. Do not entertain this company. An absolute rip off!! Dreadful to deal with.

Awful if you miss/delay payment you will be hounded with texts, emails & phone calls if you answer the phone all you get is a recorded message telling you to phone back. The supposed live chat is a robot which does not understand phrases. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere Reviewed on: 1st August 2025

Honest and hard-working.

118118 Money helped me in a time of need. I am still repaying the provided loan. The company's communication is straightforward, yet meaningful, with an air of positivity attached to its interactions. My communication with customer service, when necessary is always positive and it genuinely feels non-transactional and understanding of people who may need a personal loan. Please do NOT use 118 for anything!

Please do NOT use 118 for anything! They are a vile organisation that lies to their customers to trick them out of money. I had a temporary agreement in place to replay my loan when I was going through financial difficulty. What they didn't tell me was that they expected the full amount at the end of the agreement. I received no letters in the post and I have the audio call records to prove that they lied to me. When I complained they ignored me. I will never use this awful company again for anything.
