Gets a bad rap but ok for me - love the digital offering

The digital offering is comprehensive and simple to use. It also helps as am on the go quite a lot. I would say that calling on the phone is sometimes a bit of a pain Reviewed on: 27th October 2014

Nice mobile app and overall pretty good

I've not had any big issue with them. I really like online and mobile banking with HSBC, feels quite easy. Sometimes feel that they send me too much paper every month, which feels a bit wasteful Reviewed on: 17th October 2014

Good over all bank

This is a very good bank, been with them since i started my paper round at the age of 14. They have kept my money secure as well as checking with my before cancelling my card as my details were stolen. However, once i upgraded to a student account i could not extend my overdraft of £750 Reviewed on: 9th October 2014
