inconvenient opening hours

I wanted to deposit an important cheque. I arrived at 09:15 and the branch was not open! It opened at 09:30! How is this beneficial to working parents!! Ridiculous!! Open from 07:00 - 09:00 and then again at 17:00 - 21:00 - or let me deposit cheques online:) Reviewed on: 28th November 2014

Tremendous levels of service

Gets a bad rap but ok for me - love the digital offering

Nice mobile app and overall pretty good

Good over all bank

This is a very good bank, been with them since i started my paper round at the age of 14. They have kept my money secure as well as checking with my before cancelling my card as my details were stolen. However, once i upgraded to a student account i could not extend my overdraft of £750 Reviewed on: 9th October 2014
