Not good bank

Bank treat clients as their slaves. They will cross all the human rights . They are good in robbing their client overnight . Communication problems and don’t handle clients well. Poor listening skills with employees Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

My go to bank

I really love HSBC - they gave me my very first bank account when I'd just returned back to the UK when no other bank would. 25 years later & I'm still with them - thank you HSBC. Reviewed on: 6th March 2023

Best bank ever

Absolutely horrendous and getting worse rapidly

Been a customer for 35 years

Missing some features

Is a good bank, but misses some features on the app, like more details when clicking on transactions, export payment confirmation in PDF too. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023

Great switch

I switched to HSBC in January 2023 and the whole process was done very smoothly. Their app was a little complicated to get set up but now works fine. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023
