Keep coming back to them

Overall Admiral keep offering the best price on the market, good product with a good level of cover. On the occasion you claim they are quick and efficient to handle your claim. The one fly in the ointment is the online/app servicing of your account is poor with continued issues and problems. But overall good product and service. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Easy but not the cheapest!

Easy, friendly & efficient

I have been with admiral for a number of years now for my car insurance, they always have competitive prices for renewal and whenever I gave a question it always gets answered to a great standard. Helpful

Admirals phone operators are what makes this service. No matter what, they are friendly and have particularly helped through tough times. Being a new driver, I struggled in my first accident. I didn't know what to do and I got things wrong. The phone operator was helpful, honest and showed sympathy.
