Long term customer and no plans to change

I have been a customer with Admiral for a very long time. We have a multi-car policy and, if I have ever had any concerns, a quick call has seen everything handled and sorted quickly by polite, efficient and helpful staff. I know lots of people chop and change their providers each year, while looking for the best deal, but I have always found that a quick chat with Admiral in the period leading up to renewal has resulted in me getting a great deal that makes me happy to renew and not move elsewhere. Easy to deal with

Polite, friendly and efficient service

Polite and helpful staff on the phone who actually rung me back on my mobile when we were inadvertently cut off. Had all the information necessary to give a quote and adjust our multi cover policy when we moved house over 100miles away. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Great value multi cover

We have Multicover insurance for our home and 2 vehicles. The combined cost is a huge saving compared to what we've been quoted elsewhere, either as individual items or as multi cover. Customer service has always been friendly, helpful and swift, so far. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023
