Purchased car insurance on line for a new vehicle; but there are a limited choice of Kia Sportage vehicle models available. Made a choice but the incorrect engine rang immediately when the V5 came through but was charged £60 for changing policy . No choice but to pay, no flexibility with the agent. Very good customer service!

Have been with Admiral for a number of years and always received excellent customer service both at renewal and with other matters. Had one slightly negative experience recently which was so unusual for Admiral that I reported it. I was contacted and reassured that it would be deslt with by providing further training for the individual concerned and also received a one off goodwill compensation gesture of a small cashback amount.
