Excellent service: Admiral

Superb insurance company, made swapping home insurance easy after I moved house, also then looked at my data and realised that I had car insurance with them and managed to save me money on that too! Really agreeable and friendly staff. Reviewed on: 7th September 2018

Fast, friendly service

I contacted Admiral to upgrade my home insurance policy into a multicover policy, in orderr to add on my own car insurance and at a later date to add my wife's car insurance. The advisor was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done with the minimum of fuss AND saved me money in the process, as the price of my multicover policy was less than the combined price I would have paid had I kept separate policies. Great Customer Serice

There was an issue completing the purchase for my online quote, so I phoned up to complete the insurance order. They were very polite and helpful over the phone and gave me advice for my home and contents cover and assisted with also getting my car insurance tied in with the house which saved me money. Easy to purchase product

Purchase of insurance product straight forward. Would have preferred the documents emailed as an attachment rather than the need to login to an online system to view them. I have rated as a good customer experience but, not having made a claim, I would not know how good or bad the customer service is in the hopefully unlikely event of needing their help. One company experienced enough to provide home, car and pet insurance at a competitive rate

I currently have two vehicles, at a very competitive rate, my home insurance and also my Pet insurance for my two dogs, all with Admiral. Great service

We had the misfortune to have a leak under a floor which ruined our solid oak lounge and hall flooring. Admiral were very helpful at all stages and when their preferred supplier couldn’t do the job they accepted the quote from a specialist oak flooring company without any hesitation.
