Fantastic company, great support through a tough time

Animal Friends have been fantastic through a tough year with my horse, supporting us along the way and allowing us to make the best decisions for him medically. Very good and simple

I feel that the insuramce jargon is kept to a minimum, there's so much choice available for amounts to insure your animals and also different excess options which can lower premiums which is great when things are a struggle at the moment. Fantastic, Prompt & Professional

I have insured my dog with Animal Friends since I got him as an 8week puppy. He’s now 8years old & I have had to use my insurance a couple of times due to ruptured ligaments in both back legs a year a part. Both times the adviser has been very friendly, understanding, supportive and professional. And making a claim has been hassle free & prompt straight to my Vets. Exceptional

I've had to make multiple claims due to my dog being on a lot of ongoing conditions. It's simple straight forward and quick to claim. Honest, fast and efficient.

If you're looking for a reliable pet insurance provider, look no further than Animal Friends. We have made several claims for the cost of investigations and an emergency procedure and Animals Friends have covered the policy allowance immediately communicating with both my vet surgery and myself via email and phone. Absolutely brilliant service at a very reasonable cost. The Joii virtual vet app is a great bonus too and one I have used several times, always receiving a call back within minutes and great advice from a real vet via video call.
