Don't Do It

Before you consider taking out insurance with these thieves....stop....put your debit card down. Don't believe their "animal friends" nicey nicey name/image...these guys will whatever they can to not pay you the money you're owed. My dog has been left lame and in pain for nearly 2 months while I've had two different claims denied. I've now just had to bite the bullet and pay for it myself. I've had insurance with them for 4 years and never claimed a penny. Then when I need them... guess what, they try to wriggle out of paying and couldn't care less about your pet. Best advice I can give you is to direct debit the money you would pay to them monthly into a savings account and further down the line if/when you need it you will have a pot of money to at least lessen the burden Reviewed on: 2nd March 2021

Peace of mind

Fortunately I haven't had to use my pet insurance but having 2 rescue cats it gives me peace of mind that it's there, the prices are really good too. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

Great company easy to deal with

I have been with animal friends for roughly 4 years now and thank god only had to use them once. It was so stress free and sorted between vets and them directly. I didn’t have to worry about anything and my cat (Dave) was looked after and fixed in no time! Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

Excellent when we came to claiming

Nothing but good things to say about Animal Friends. You never know how good insurance is until it comes to actually claiming and this company was excellent recently. When our dog became very ill last year we had multiple trips to the vet and it was extremely stressful. Claiming was easy though, the vets spoke to Animal Friends directly and they paid out very quickly with amazingly clear communication. Seem genuinely interested in my pets wellbeing

Great Service & Competitive Price

Excellent Pet insurance

I have been insured with Animal Friends for three years when I first got my new kitten. I sadly had to make a claim when she fractured her pelvis. The customer service and complete ease of going through this made things so much easier and stress free when things were already very stressful. Their social media platforms are informative and fun engaging every owner to showcase their furry friends. Animal Friends were recommended to me and I have further recommended them to family and friends. Their prices are good and you get exactly what is in your policy. Quick and efficient

Really great pet insurance provider. The website gives me all the info I need at the vets really quickly. Their Pawtal system means making a claim is SUPER EASY!!! Also, the Joii partnership is fantastic and is used regularly for check ins on any mini concerns without having to go to the vet and pay those bills. Reviewed on: 14th July 2023
