Don't Do It

Before you consider taking out insurance with these thieves....stop....put your debit card down. Don't believe their "animal friends" nicey nicey name/image...these guys will whatever they can to not pay you the money you're owed. My dog has been left lame and in pain for nearly 2 months while I've had two different claims denied. I've now just had to bite the bullet and pay for it myself. I've had insurance with them for 4 years and never claimed a penny. Then when I need them... guess what, they try to wriggle out of paying and couldn't care less about your pet. Best advice I can give you is to direct debit the money you would pay to them monthly into a savings account and further down the line if/when you need it you will have a pot of money to at least lessen the burden Reviewed on: 2nd March 2021

Excellent

After trying different company’s this is by far the best. A vet on FaceTime 24/7 and many more bonuses. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to insure our dog. Reviewed on: 24th August 2022

Excellent Service

I have been with Animal Friends for the past 5 years and have always found their insurance to be very competitive. This year my cocker spaniel was ill and for the first time I had need of the vet FaceTime advice free to all Animal Friends customers. I was very impressed with the care involved in the comfort of my own home for my dog. I cannot recommend Animal Friends highly enough, this added video service is invaluable. Always available and they care about animals as much as we do

I have had my little Gizmo insured with Animal Friends for all of the 13 1/2 years of his life. I haven’t had to use my insurance until the last year and I have used both Joli for advice but also had to use my insurance to help the little fellow as he comes to the end of his wonderful life. Animal Friends has always been available and helpful and most importantly they do care about animals and are very fair in how they support us. saving my dog and budget

When unfortunate events caused need for our puppy's luxating patella surgeries for both of her knees to be done we never thought that insurance claim process could be so easy as it was with Animal Friends. Dogs best Friends.
