Competitive prices & 5* service

Great company service especially as can manage all online. Discounts given for multi policies & their regular Aviva advantages for discounts offers & further savings with other companies is great as well as the odd prize draw for rugby games. Reviewed on: 18th September 2016

Good so far

I have insured my car through Aviva for the past two years. My renewal has always been reasonably priced in comparison to other companies and although I've not had a reason to claim so far (touch wood) I am very happy with the service I've received from them. Reviewed on: 8th September 2016

Problems, problems, problems

1. In XXI century of the information they do not have my car insurance policy confirmation from Poland even though it's the same company. 2. After giving me the quote, the website has some technical problems everytime I want to buy this policy or make any change. 3. When I called the customer service the price went up from 780f to over 1000f without any reason. After all I agreed, but the customer service told me they have the same technical problem with the site and they are unable to offer me car insurance at the moment. Such a shame and waste of time. I ctually I'm furious. Never again. And When I'm back to Poland, I will switch to a different company immediately. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2016
