Aviva car insurance policy change

When switching cars, it was really easy to move my policy over to my new vehicle and the customer service assistance was polite and patient on the phone when explaining the process. The policy premium, however, did increase substantially and there was a lack of information on what factors had caused the rise - there could certainly be more transparency in that respect. Decent price for a well known company.

With huge price rises for car insurance this year, I looked to change insurers but wanted the assurance of 5 star quality. Som quotes came from companies that I had never heard of but Aviva consistently came near the the top of comparison website quotes (it makes sense to check a number, the price varied from each one) Completing the application as simple, and the information supplied seemed relatively easy to read and understand.
