Caring & good value

16 years wasted paying this company who refused to pay out on life assurance,

Had a £53 p/m policy running for 16 years with terminal illness included, following a terminal diagnosis which has possibly been with me from sometime, upon informing them of this it was mentioned in small print that I must have the diagnosis before the last 18 months of the policy which other insurers I’ve spoken with find this shocking, so if you’re thinking of taking out one of these policies please check small print or sensibly don’t use AVIVA Poor Reviewed on: 19th December 2023

Great Insurance Coverage

I am happy with the service I have received from the representative from Aviva. Everything was explained thoroughly, and the written documents were also easy to understand.
