Most efficient banking

Very helpful advice after alert

Sadly i have been targeted by scammers via phone telling me my account is hacked etc. I put the phone down and went straight to my local Barclays branch where a helpful worker went through all the possible solutions to avoid these scams and the steps i needed to do. Very pleased in general with the customer service on this occasion. I was assured that my bank account was safe and secure. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Will always be a barclays customer!!!

I've been with barlcays for many many years, as have quite literally every single member of my family. whether i'm using the app or im at the barclays office and talking to staff, i am 100% certain my needs will be met every single time without fail. the barclays app is amazing, the staff are amazing, on the phone and in person and barclays have been and continue to do amazing things. one of the most trustworthy banks out there!!
