Been banking for years, never been victim of fraud or anything dodgy. Customer service is very efficientv& so is in branch service at my local branch. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2017

Reliable bank

I have been their customer for a decade now, it is average bank when it comes to interest rate deals, but I kind of feel safe, as customer and banking service is on high level. Faultless service.

I have never had an issue with Barclays in over 11 years. On a few occasions, I have had a card cloned or suspicious activity on my account and it was dealt with before I knew about it which saved stress and hassle. Reviewed on: 7th April 2017
