Best high street banking app

Quick to deal with fraud

I had my bank card cloned and money removed 2 weeks before my holiday. Barclays worked tirelessly and efficiently to make sure that money was back in my account so that our holiday wasn't ruined Reviewed on: 23rd November 2019

Very Responsive

Barclays are trying to be a good bank and they have introduced a fee account, Blue Rewards. It is surprising how quickly they mount up. The current account does not pay any interest, but they do have a range of saving accounts that pay interest. I feel secure when using their online banking and most transactions are quick and easy to complete. If you have a problem on the account, they are quick to respond by phoning you on the numbers your have given. If querying something online, they respond within a matter of days. Would have been 5/5 but...

I rarely go to any branch, but had to go to the Dereham Branch today. The service was not particularly customer friendly. Perhaps they need to go on a course? Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019
