Superb customer service! Thank you!

I've had a mortgage with Bath building society for 15 years . I was made redundant just before Christmas 2011 and was out of work for 3 whole months and couldn't pay the mortgage. When I contacted Bath they were very decent about it and when I did find another job they were flexible about the repayments. Above all they didn't make me feel humiliated like I was begging which I couldn't say for my own bank or other providers. Well done Bath and thank you, your kindness was not forgotten! Buy for Uni mortgage

We applied for a niche product, a Buy for Uni mortgage, which is only offered by 3 lenders. In fact, of the 3, the Bath BS was the only one that could meet all our criteria. Excellent service from start to finish with supportive and informative advice from Tim Randell. The application form was a little old fashioned, completed in pen and posted back! But in reality it was no problem. It was processed quickly and the offer made without any real delays. Reviewed on: 28th June 2024

Tim Randall is an absolute credit to the organisation

Tim helped us with securing a mortgage, in quite complex and trying circumstances,. His communication, diligence, professionalism, and kindness made a very difficult time much easier. Bath Building Society gave us a break

We have had 3 mortgages with Bath Building Society over the last 35 years and are now mortgage free. They were the only company who would listen to us when buying our first home and won’t forget that they trusted us and provided us with that first rudder to the housing market.
