Superb customer service! Thank you!

I've had a mortgage with Bath building society for 15 years . I was made redundant just before Christmas 2011 and was out of work for 3 whole months and couldn't pay the mortgage. When I contacted Bath they were very decent about it and when I did find another job they were flexible about the repayments. Above all they didn't make me feel humiliated like I was begging which I couldn't say for my own bank or other providers. Well done Bath and thank you, your kindness was not forgotten! Very efficient chat function

I wanted to start a remortgage application and used the instant chat function to get the process started. It was very quick and easy, I downloaded the application form and fact sheet within in minutes of starting the chat. Reviewed on: 11th July 2023

Excellent product, Professional service

We applied for a "Uni-Mortgage" and from the outset meeting we had with Tim Randall the introduction, details of the product and the application process was clearly, articulately and professional explained to us. Pleasure to deal with

Have just dealt with the Bath Building Society for the first time in many years and have been really impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. Special mention to Ingrida who dealt with our delay in submitting the Certificate of Title in a calm and friendly manner and who ensured that funds were released in time for completion.
