Superb customer service! Thank you!

I've had a mortgage with Bath building society for 15 years . I was made redundant just before Christmas 2011 and was out of work for 3 whole months and couldn't pay the mortgage. When I contacted Bath they were very decent about it and when I did find another job they were flexible about the repayments. Above all they didn't make me feel humiliated like I was begging which I couldn't say for my own bank or other providers. Well done Bath and thank you, your kindness was not forgotten! New mortgage application - very professional

Professional and helpful staff from start to finish. Process was quick and easy. Getting through to staff and receiving quick resolutions/decisions was very good. customer responsiveness was excellent. Reviewed on: 10th January 2024
