Fantastic service & product transfer rate

I have a holiday let mortgage with Bath BS & when it came to find a new product, not only were they very friendly & helpful, they also had the best rate on the market & didn't charge a fee. Bath Building Society provide a traditional approach genuine customer service. They are contactable, with real people to speak to, always respond to calls and enquiries and are approachable to advise and support. A longstanding professional relationship

Good service but sometimes slow

Customer service was good but some of the internal processes seemed very slow. We received excellent prompt responses when we chased for progress but would have preferred not to have to chase either by quicker processes or regular updates. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Excellent from start to finish!

Overall good. Just slow.

They are just slow as the process seems manual for the mortgage. Everything turned out good though. So just be prepared for a slow application. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
