I have been a customer with the Society for over 30 years and during this time have got to know the staff in the branches very well. I go to the branch in Moorland Road as find it easier to park and it’s always a pleasure to see Rachel who is always helpful and patient which means a lot. Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

I contacted BBS by e mail and was assisted very promptly by Charlotte Townsend . She was extremely helpful in sending the requested statement and tax advice regarding the Trust Account I hold, and has given me the contact number to speak to her regarding setting up on line access which I had been unable to do as it is not a personal account. Charlotte on the chat helped and was very good, polite and quick to respond. Very good. Ultimatley she could not fix the problem but got me to the person who could which was Chris on the phone. Chris was also excellent and ran me through all the steps needed as there had been a system glitch. I am now all set up an Chris then also sorted the transaction I was looking to do.
