Always efficient over email and when visiting Bath Branch office.

Polite and speedy. I am severely sight impaired and they are aways very helpful. They even went as far as putting yellow tape on steps into branch when I commented that I couldn't see them very easily. Can't ask for more. Reviewed on: 9th May 2023

Jess at chatline very helpful and sorted out the issue

yes, you should have advised me that I needed to ensure I could receive an authorisation code - not all land lines are set up to receive certain types of codes from institutsions ( Lloyds, however "do", Bath BS clearly don't ) whereas mobiles usually do Reviewed on: 28th April 2023

When registering for Bath Online is does give you the option to select either your landline number or your mobile number to receive the two factor authentication code which is required to login to your account.
