Bath Building Society delivers tradional service through its friendly and engaged staff.

Bath Building Society has become our go to family building society with its friendly service with a local friendly face. It has also supported the work of a charity I run in a most positive way. I happily recommend the Society. Reviewed on: 1st April 2023

You were there for me when it counted...

Several years ago I was made redundant and couldn't find another job for three months. I contacted BBS and they couldn't have been more understanding and made an arrangement with me about my Mortgage which took so much stress away from the situation, which I'll never forget. Best building society

Always very helpful and competitive. Able to talk to friendly team who really want to help. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years initially as a mortgage customer but more recently purely savings. Reviewed on: 1st April 2023

Techno Luddites welcome face to face service

Entering the branch not to be faced with a battery of faceless machines is a welcome sight. Friendly faces at the counter who are always a pleasure to deal with, a nice smile and fantastic helpful service. First class. Reviewed on: 1st April 2023
