Best building society

Superb building society

Bath is providing me with and excellent service with good information flows and communication around all the things I need. They are reactive to interest rate changes both up and down so in feel I am getting a good deal. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Great service, lovely staff and a trustworthy organisation

The staff are always really helpful in the branch and the products the society offers are excellent. We are a loyal customer and big fans. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Lost their ethos

Really good service shame they shut the branches closed accounts after that Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Reply from Bath Building Society Paul, thank you for your feedback. Just for clarity we have not closed any of our branches. We have no plans to close any branches and are committed to keeping our branches open. With relatively low usage of our Agencies, we did however make the difficult decision to end our Agency relationships last year reinvesting the monies that we were previously paying to our Agencies for the benefit of our members. This approach benefited all of our members and not just the small number using the Agencies. Should you wish to discuss this further then please feel free to contact me.
