Quick and helpful customer service

I did a live chat with Olivia about a query regarding if/when an app would be released. I got through to her really quickly, and she answered my question really quickly too! Great local building society

Polite and helpful staff, good savings interest rates. Only downside is you have to live in bath £££ Reviewed on: 27th September 2022

Reply from Bath Building Society Thanks for the great feedback. We don't like putting any restrictions on our savings but occasionally we have to so that we can protect the rates we can offer. Where we do, we typically restrict availability to those that live, work or study in Bath and of course our existing members. As soon as we are able to do so we will remove such restrictions. Annual request

I make the same payment request everything for tax payments and without fail BBS has completed the request promptly and in perfect time for us to make onward payment. A great service. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022
