Good customer service.

I have had my savings with Bath Building Society for several years. Interest rates are always competitive. Access to savings excellent. Any problems are sorted quickly and well. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Local, convenient. Friendly staff and helpful. Rates are always competitive, hours are convenient. Visited the Oldfield branch and was served by Antonia. I am always treated as a person, not just a member. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
