Personal and friendly service

Every person I have spoken with at Bath Building Society has been friendly and helpful. Barry kindly explained what I needed to do to resolve my particular issue and this was resolved very quickly. The service feels very personal and proactive. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2022

Easy transfer

Now that we've sorted out some out of date signatures on the bank mandate (which was hard work), I am happy to say working with the bank now seems easy and straight forward. Reviewed on: 15th March 2022

Local and Local

I am not a Big saver with millions to save but Bath Building Society is there for me as well. Local in that it is Bath Based a Local through my local Insurance Broker holding an agency allowing access just down the road. Would I reccomennd the Bath Building Society? Without a doubt whether you have got Millions to save or just £50 a month like me, it's a Great home for you money. Reviewed on: 15th March 2022
