Great customer service

A trustworthy Building Society with helpful customer service

I have only been a member for a short while, but so far I feel that the Bath Building Society has offered me good customer service. I was impressed that they promptly passed on the interest rate increase to their customers' savings accounts. This Building Society seems to reflect the style of banking services which existed in my youth and this gives me the confidence to trust them with my savings. Reviewed on: 9th March 2022

Always very good service
