Excellent Customer Service

BIBS provide an old fashioned customer orientated service which is sadly dying out elsewhere. The staff are without exception friendly, helpful and cooperative and go to great lengths to help the customer. I strongly recommend holding an investment account with BIBS as it allows you to carry out many financial transactions which one might otherwise have to queue up for in the bank. If there is anything else you could do better it would be to offer higher investment interest rates. Well done to all staff at Moorland Road! Reviewed on: 31st May 2021

Nothing bad to say

The specific facility we're using, ie a trust account that can be accessed and used entirely online including use by a trustee overseas. Not sure you could make the experience better. Reviewed on: 26th May 2021

Remarkable service

A refreshing change of Building Society standards & outstanding personal service in a world generally devoid of these qualities. On-Line facilities are not up to modern banking standards but the service more thank makes up for this deficiency. Reviewed on: 25th May 2021

Temporary restriction on taking deposits from non -existing account holders but turned down very nicely and informed that it would be worthwhile contacting them in a few weeks when I might be luckier. Thank you Jane

New customer Junior Saver

It has actually been refreshing to be dealing with a person rather than an automated process online. I have been dealing with Caroline and previously Louisa and both have been super helpful.
