Fantastic

I opened my account with Bath Building Society last month and it was my first time opening an account with them. I had many questions and was unsure how it worked, by the communication from the Bath Building Society was amazing! There was option for live chat, phone call and email. On the live chat, I could contact them immediately and were very helpful. Would definitely recommend and I feel my money is in reliable hands. Reviewed on: 1st April 2021

A PROPER BUILDING SOCIETY

Bath Building Society are prudent, meaning they will always be there for their saving and loaning members, not shareholders and profit. I use online savings and if unsure, I can call the office and a real person answers and sorts things out there and then. Reviewed on: 31st March 2021
