Excellent customer service

I have only dealt with one or two of the staff members at Bath Building Society, most recently Corinne Stokes. The service I have received at all times has been friendly, professional, prompt, polite and efficient. I could not fault any staff members at all. If you are able to offer more competitive interest rates in the future, I would not hesitate to re-invest with you safe in the knowledge that you have an outstanding team working for you. Bath branch review

We not only using BBS in order to open a Trust Fund that was shortly closed again but I couldn't fault my customer service. It was excellent and so nice to talk to human beings instead of computers! Reviewed on: 7th March 2021
