All the staff at the Moorland Road branch are so friendly , helpful and polite and nothing seems to much trouble wether you go in or telephone. And they have a good system in place for still being able to deposit and withdraw money due to this virus Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

The opening of my one year ISA account earlier this week was very easy. Jane explained the details of the investment very clearly. I phoned earlier in the day thinking that I was talking to the Bath branch but was informed that refurbishment in progress. I was invited to visit Head Office by Chris.
