The reason that we don’t typically appear in best buy tables is simply because we are currently restricting access to most of our accounts. If we did not have such restrictions we would quite often appear in such tables and even when we don’t we always offer better than average rates. The opening of my one year ISA account earlier this week was very easy. Jane explained the details of the investment very clearly. I phoned earlier in the day thinking that I was talking to the Bath branch but was informed that refurbishment in progress. I was invited to visit Head Office by Chris.
