I almost gave up applying for an ISA account.

I almost gave up applying for an ISA account. The online form filling is unreliable, had to be restarted, entering information is not obvious, text boxes are faint, entering DOB should be easy but not here. Came into the Wood Street branch to open a Junior ISA for my daughter. Ella was most helpful and even helped me negotiate the steps with the pushchair. My daughter was also thrilled with the pink piggie bank! I was also impressed with the timescales for the account to be opened - today! Reviewed on: 3rd October 2025

Honestly the online experience is so clunky in compa...

Honestly the online experience is so clunky in comparison to competitors. Hodge for instance where everything works first time. The drop down menu on the application form doesn't have my country of birth so I was told to choose another one! There is no chat or phone support after 17:00. The payment-in system isn't compatible with my bank so my bank doesn't recognise the details of the account I'm paying into. I've paid a small amount in as a test and it's going to take 24 hours before I'm sure it works. I'm trying to set up a £20k ISA for goodness sake! Reviewed on: 2nd October 2025
