Several years ago I was made redundant and couldn't find another job for three months. I contacted BBS and they couldn't have been more understanding and made an arrangement with me about my Mortgage which took so much stress away from the situation, which I'll never forget. Local and convenient!

I opened a Fixed Rate Bond and was served by Jane. I like Bath Building Society because it is local and convenient. I also like the staff who are friendly and helpful. Nice to visit a local branch

I visited the Oldfield Park branch to open an account for my mother and register myself as the power of attorney. I saw Gemma who made the whole process stress free and straightforward. The people that work there are so helpful and friendly.

I visited the Oldfield Park branch recently and was served by Ella. The people who work there are so helpful and friendly. However, the standard of IT was not great. Something went wrong and the young lady said ‘Error’ came up on her screen and she then had to complete the transaction manually which took a long time. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

I almost gave up applying for an ISA account.

I almost gave up applying for an ISA account. The online form filling is unreliable, had to be restarted, entering information is not obvious, text boxes are faint, entering DOB should be easy but not here.
