Excellent service - if your accounts could be opened online via the internet, the service would be quicker and cheaper - no postage required. However, having said this, your telephone and postal services are great. Reviewed on: 20th May 2024

I liked the fact I could telephone for an application form and deal with my investment by post rather than online as so many institutions now require. The telephone was answered quickly and the form arrived with 2 days and the investment completed with a week. I found the whole experience very easy and efficient. Reviewed on: 20th May 2024

Competitive interest rates led me to opening an account with you, but I did expect more information from you (such as your T&Cs and how to operate the account) in a welcome pack. Information viewed online suggested this account was not passbook based yet one has been suppplied. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024
