There for me when no other company was, thank you

From the very start of the application I felt completely supported. Knowing that Capital Credit Union genuinely cared about my financial wellbeing that they foster in a savings account element, that a percentage of monthly loan repayments is paid in to so that upon completion of loan you have savings was so reassuring. Due to significant damage to my bathroom without this loan I could not have afforded the urgent repairs I needed. I was rejected by other lenders but Capital Credit Union listened, understood & provided me a highly competitive loan option that didn’t mean I was saddled with an extortionate interest rate. The loan application was easy, fast & a decision was made very quickly. I would highly recommend Capital Credit Union to anyone looking for a competitive loan. Always been there for us.

Help Was There When It Was Needed Most

This was some time ago, but I had just bought a house one year after starting a new job (where I am still employed after two decades). A work colleague suggested I open a savings account with Capital Credit Union. I did (barely able to afford to save anything in those days) but more importantly when old household appliances began to break and needed replaced I was out of options: the high street banks weren't interested as I didn't earn a lot back then even though I had a permanent, secure job, and the tiny amounts I was able to save each month meant it would literally take years to save up for these items (one item was a new washing machine, so going for years without one was not an option!). Repayments on store or credit cards would have been more than I could afford to repay each month due to the high levels of interest. So I applied to Capital Credit Union who were happy to help and provided me an affordable loan. It was then I encouraged family members to become Capital Credit Union members too. Two decades later I'm still a member saving each month. I haven't applied for a loan in many years as I have been promoted a few times at my work and life is much more comfortable now. But the important point is: I am happy to be a member of an organisation which today will be offering help to those who are unable to receive it elsewhere, people who are in the situation now where I was when I was starting out.
