There for me when no other company was, thank you

From the very start of the application I felt completely supported. Knowing that Capital Credit Union genuinely cared about my financial wellbeing that they foster in a savings account element, that a percentage of monthly loan repayments is paid in to so that upon completion of loan you have savings was so reassuring. Due to significant damage to my bathroom without this loan I could not have afforded the urgent repairs I needed. I was rejected by other lenders but Capital Credit Union listened, understood & provided me a highly competitive loan option that didn’t mean I was saddled with an extortionate interest rate. The loan application was easy, fast & a decision was made very quickly. I would highly recommend Capital Credit Union to anyone looking for a competitive loan. No real benefits for a loyalty advance

I took out a loyalty advance and basically I am paying you to access my own money. This is not a good idea at the rate you offered and not a help to low income families. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025
