Out of my 6 years of driving I will never ever be going back to Churchill let me run this down for you started with the company from July were now in November I've rang up 5 times over the last 4 months for them to tell me they have a IT problem and they will ring me back never heard nothing back decided to ring back for the last time In this November for them to tell me there's a defect with my insurance. Unprofessional Avoid This Insurance Company!

In June 2022, I was involved in an accident caused by a reckless motorcyclist who overtook a line of cars at excessive speed on a road clearly marked with "two parallel lines and diagonals between them"—indicating that crossing was only allowed when absolutely necessary. I was turning right to go home, well within my legal rights, with multiple witnesses to the incident. The attending police officer documented everything on the scene, including witness statements. They were prepared to Review the price.

They are well know and provided insurance much lower priced than most. My renewal was more than I expected. I know when your over 70 companies tend to increase premiums. But I think that isn't a fair thing to do. We tend to be better drivers than people in their 30s and 40s. I rang them and said I thought the price a bit high.
