Terrible experience

Someone ran into me, my first accident in over 15 years. It's been headache since the start, trying get through on line sat for 40 minutes only to be cut off another 30 minutes on hold. Eventually spoke to some one. But wasn't that simple I had to get my car off the drive so I could take My courtesy car, but told had wait 2 weeks for doneobe to collect it, rang and rang and after phone calls a car transporter collected it. Finally got it back only to find knocking on the side that was hit. Called Churchill who tried to contact the garage but couldn't get through and told me the number and I would have to keep trying to contact them Returned to garage who informed me there was a issue but who would have to wait several days to see if they were willing to pay for the repair. I've contacted Churchill several times even complained but no one has got back to me. Reviewed on: 24th July 2023

Y o Y CHURCHILL

I recently was provided a better package by CHURCHILL after research , but was already with CHURCHILL at renewal - customers shouldn't have to re-shop to get a better package - with the same insurer !? Reviewed on: 12th August 2024

Easy to purchase but a few kinks

Easy to purchase and great cover options. But making a claim was more complicated that it needed to be. Their approved garages are too far away and they didn’t repair my car properly the first time Reviewed on: 11th July 2024

Changed car details on day of purchasing car.

Changed car details on day of purchasing car. Daughter stopped for no insurance to find that updated details hadn't happened tried to rectify on that day luckily checked the day after and still hadn't been updated. Customer service is a joke not prepared to accept fault was theirs daughter now risks losing her licence and they do not care a bit about it despite it meaning her losing her job!
