Easy account and like their ethical banking.

Easy account and like their ethical banking. Helpful and polite customer service every time I have called. The only drawback I would say is the lack of high street branches but that seems like every bank at the moment. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Slow and limited

If you’re looking for a basic current account, this will work fine. I also like the friendly approach from the Co-op, and ethical status. However, phone hold times often get in the excess of 1 hour and there’s no other way to communicate. The app is very limited in what you can do, and everything is just slow. There’s also little perks to go alongside this current account. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

Terrible customer service!

We have been customers of Cooperative bank for many years. Unfortunately the customer service has deteriorated over the years. I have recently raised a complaint about a bank transfer which was not made. I have spent nearly 3 hours on the phone, been given various poor excuses, assurances which were not met and still the payment has not been made. It feels as if they no longer value customers and I would not recommend this bank to anyone. Reviewed on: 7th March 2024

Good bank but poor phone contact

I’ve used the Co-operative bank for years but recently trying to contact them on the phone sometimes takes hours and is very frustrating. Their online banking is good however and I can manage my money easily. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
