My (non!) grasp of technology

Being a technophobe, I totally messed up my login to the new Darlington website. This happened months ago and I have been putting off getting in touch with the Society via telephone, as I knew probably wouldn't understand, what I had to do. Simon answered my call and was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite, sometimes having to repeat some of the stages, but in the end he got me through it. Thank you Simon. All the staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful from the initial phone call, to appointment and completion of the account application.
