We had our very first mortgage with Darlington.

We had our very first mortgage with Darlington. And the best rate available at the time. Everything was so easy to fill out with plenty of support when I needed it. Darlington was amazing they talked me all the way through from beginning to end. My mortgage is up for renewal February next next year and I’m hoping to stay with Darlington. Amazing staff very helpfull nothing is to much trouble, if I didn’t understand anything all I had to do was pick up the phone, or send and email. Darlington feel like Building Societies used to, with caring, helpful people to advise customers. They were absolutely wonderful in arranging our Mortgage. The members of staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had tried all the big names but felt from start to finish that Darlington staff were trying to do their very best for us and the experience was so easy and smooth. We are 3 years in with the mortgage and couldn't be happier with Darlington, who keep us up to date from time to time, without it feeling too often. Reviewed on: 7th April 2025
