Five year fixed rate mortgage renewal

I rang Darlington and spoke to Rebbecca Russell with regards to a further fixed rate mortgage. I had been approached by magpie money who wanted to arrange this for me only to be told that they would expect me to pay a fee of £499 for the privilege. I spoke to Rebecca in the hope that she could arrange this but without the me having to pay a fee. She arranged and the fixed rate was even cheaper. She arranged this and was extremely helpful and pleasant. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Rebecca. Reviewed on: 7th January 2024

Brilliant accommodating mortgage department

We need to change our mortgage repayments as we'd come to the end of a fixed payment period. Without the help of Paula and Ian we wouldn't have been able to make the changes that absolutely suited us. They are brilliant. Paula helped me to work out what could be done with our mortgage and advised me exactly what needed to be done and when. When Paula was on annual leave Ian also sorted out our mortgage payments and managed to find out an error my bank ahd made in a payment. If either of you read this you are wonderful, extremely competent and I think deserve a prize for sorting out our mortgage. You have all of our thanks Paula and Ian.
