We were looking to move house in the middle of a 5 Year Fixed mortgage so wanted to port our current mortgage to our new home. Rebecca, the Mortgage Advisor we dealt with, has been a fantastic support throughout the process. We initially had a conversation so that we fully understood the application process and to determine whether we could borrow more. Rebecca took the time to listen and fully understand our personal requirements and financial situation in order to provide us with the best possible advice. In my experience, the personal approach that Darlington Building Society provide has been far superior to other lenders that I have dealt with.
