FirstDirect still doing the business in a personal way

First direct keep me informed without bombarding me relentlessly with emails and texts. They inform of product offerings, statements and interest rate changes in periodic and timely fashion. Banking as it should be....

You ring them up, phone answered within a couple of rings by ...wait for it....somebody in the UK who speaks perfect English and is pleasant and helpful. They are able to sort out whatever you need and are quick, reliable and friendly. Why then are they the only company who seem to have this right? Reviewed on: 11th February 2018

Great customer service

I originally moved over to First Direct purely for their account switching offer but their customer service has been so good I couldn't bring myself to move elsewhere. They also offer a great free overdraft service compared to peers. Reviewed on: 11th February 2018
