FirstDirect still doing the business in a personal way

First direct keep me informed without bombarding me relentlessly with emails and texts. They inform of product offerings, statements and interest rate changes in periodic and timely fashion. On the few occasions I need to call them on the phone their staff truly demonstrate why they have won so many customer service awards since 1989 Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Best online bank for me

I have been banking with first direct for a very long time now, and I see no need to change that. I really like their clear and straightforward communication. The online interface is very user-friendly, and I can quickly apply for other financial products. My statements are easily accessible, and I can download them onto my computer, thus saving paper and the environment. Whenever I have had interaction with first direct staff, they have been very helpful. And I like that I can contact them out of regular working hours. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

They deliver on their promises

Great cashback deal, great customer service

I've held my first direct account for 6 months now, and am really pleased with the ease of use and the good service. A phonecall with them rarely lasts more than 5 minutes because they are so quick to handle problems. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Brilliant

Never had any problems with First Direct, their app is easy to use, and having a 1st account current account with them allows you access to their big range of products offered so there’s something to fit all your needs, with great interest rates and a easy to use features in the app. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

40 Years Problem Free Banking

Simply the best

Wonderful Customer Service

I have been with first direct for many years and although I have hardly ever had issues, when I have needed assistance (normally because I've forgotten a password!), they have been really helpful and friendly on the phone.
